Southern Tier HVAC is currently hiring for a temporary, flexible HVAC position with the potential to transition into a full-time role and eventually a leadership position for the right person.

This role is:

• Temporary to start

• Flexible on hours (day-to-day needs vary)

• Field-based with travel between job sites

• Performance-driven with advancement potential

 

Workload will depend on active jobs and seasonal demand. Some days may be full; others lighter. Flexibility is required.

Apprentice / Temp Entry-Level

Pay will be determined during the initial interview based on:

• Experience level

• Skill set (boiler experience is a strong advantage)

• Immediate company needs

• Overall fit with the team

As responsibility increases, compensation will reflect it.
